Jorvik Viking Festival

The Vikings are back this February for the JORVIK Viking Festival! From Monday, the 16th of February to Sunday, the 22nd, York will be taken over by Viking warriors. This world renowned festival features living history encampments, workshops, tours, traditional crafts, feasts, family events, evening entertainment and dramatic combat performances.”

Saturday 11th of April

Scira Viking Festival

The festival celebrates the ancient Viking culture and its traditions and is a one-day event that takes place at two locations, on Sheringham’s seafront for the boat burning and on Beeston Common just east of the town near Beeston Bump where the Viking village and reenactments take place. The festival is attended by thousands of people every year, and it’s one of the most popular events in the area”
